Having personally experienced the range of emotions and challenges, as well as the joy, that accompany the transition into motherhood, I felt compelled to create a coaching programme tailored for mums. The Mum Coach Programme™ consists of:
- 1-hour Intake Session to review your current situation and to establish your priorities and focus
- 5x 1-hour powerful Coaching Sessions (weekly/fortnightly)
- Coaching Reflection Exercises to work on between sessions
- Email Support between sessions for questions and check-ins
- Review Session consolidating the coaching and setting in place any further action points and areas for future development
- Full DISC Personality & Behavioural Profile Report & Feedback (Optional Add-On)
